| Percutaneous nephrolithotomy is one of Endourological surgery, which is the important means of treaments of complex upper urinary tract calculi and Completely changed the traditional open surgery for it. It is a key step of PCNL for establishing a renal tunnel form the corresponding parts of the skin to collec-tion system. Establishment of renal tunnel depends on guiding with a reliable imaging equipment. Guidance with x-ray and B-mode ultrasonography is com-monly method. Although it is improving,but however, as percutaneous nephro-lithotomy for further, bleeding and other serious complications still occur from time to time. To discuss the clinical application of color Doppler ultrasound in percutaneous nephrolithotomy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy for further refer-ence for the safe use of.Objective To evaluate clinical application of the color Doppler ultrasound in percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods The paper retrospectively analyzed 149 patients operated on percutaneous nephrolithotomy, in department of urology of China Japan Union Hospital , during September April 2008 to January 2009. A total of 149 cases of PCNL were performed. Renal tunnel was guided with B-mode ultrasonography in 82 cases,69 cases of patients with B sonography initial position in the use of color Doppler ultrasound guidance。Results All the cases were performed successfully. 65 cases in which 82 patients with B sonography were carried on one time in, due to three cases of postoperative bleeding in patients with interventional embolization. In 67 cases of patients of color Doppler ultrasound guidance, the success of the establishment of a one-time Channel 61 cases, no severe postoperative bleedingConclusions1.Color Doppler flow imaging for percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the process of establishing the renal tunnel ,the biggest advantage is the availability of visual information on renal blood flow, high-definition imaging, avoid to puncture major vessels in tunnel, monitor effectively the process of establishment of tunnel, improve the security and increase the efficiency of channel establish-ment.2. Color Doppler flow imaging for percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the process of establishing the renal tunnel has the advantages such as no radiation, simple, etc. |
