| objective aim to observe the protection role of DanHong injection for re-opened coronary artery microcircle.MethodS selected 60 patients with steady state for 2 wks after acute myocardial infarction and treated with PCI.The coronary arteriography showed all anterior descending branches were closed or sub-closed.Patients were divided into 2 groups randomly,namely treatment group which had accepted treatment of DANHOND injection 30ml id qd and normal treatment,control group which had only accepted normal treatment,both period of treatment are 15 d.before and after treatment,the concentration of ET,NO in blood had been tested,and meantime ABI,PWV,normal CCG and color supersonic had also been carried out.data were expressed as and analyzed by t-test.ResultS in treatment group concentration of ET was lowered,before treatment was (80.29±71.25) ng / L,after treatment was(54.11±8.57) ng /L.but NO was increased,before treatment was(5.72±1.18)μmol/L,after treatment was(7.40±1.42)μmol/L,there was significant different between before treatment and after treatment. Compared with control group after treatment,there was also significant difference (p＜0.05).After treatment,CCG and color supersonic showed treatment were valid,there was significant difference between valid cases and invalid cases after treatment.(p＜0.05).Compared with control group after treatment,there was also significant difference between(p＜0.05).After treatment ABI and PWV were obviously ameliorated,before treatment ABI was(1.21±0.29),PWV was(1668±301)cm/s;after treatment.ABI was(1.01±.0.24),PWV was(1456±287)cm/s.there were significant difference respectively.Compared with control group after treatment,there also was significant difference(p＜0.05).In control group,there were not significant difference between before treatment and after treatment. Conclusion DANHONG injection has protection for re-opened coronary artery microcircle,meanwhile,it can ameliorate ABI and PWV for the patients with atherosclerotic.
