| Objective To evaluate the significance of anti-dsDNA,urine MicroAlbumin,blood cells,D-dimer and interlukine in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Method In 96 cases of SLE patients and 30 cases of healthy people as control group,serum anti-dsDNA and plasma D-dimer were detected by colloidal gold method,Urine MA was detected by immune dispersion scatter turbidity method,blood cells was count by machine.Interlukine 2, Interlukine 4,Interlukine-6,Interlukine-10 was detect by ELISA.Result1 The WBC(4.19±2.17×109/L) and RBC(4.19±2.17×1012/L) concentration of SLE group are all lower than the control group,and they of active group also lower than those of inactive group.There are no significantly difference between inactive group and control group in blood cells amount.2 The concentration of Urine MA is significantly different between SLE group and the control group,The urine MA of SLE group is 89.9±13.8mg/L,while that of control group is 8.6±4.2mg/L(P<0.01). furthermore,the U-MA of active group(110.4±41.2mg/L) is also significantly high than that of inactive group.3 The level of D-Dimer of the SLE group is 1.28±0.22mg/L,is significantly higher than that of control group(0.26±0.12mg/L).There is also difference between active group and inactive group,but there is no significant difference between inactive group and the control group.4 The titre of anti-dsDNA in SLE group(1:8) is significantly high than that of control group.And the anti-dsDNA of active group is also high than inactive group.5 The positive rate of anti-dsDNA,blood cells,urine MA,and D-dimer in patients with SLE was 42.7%,71%,66%,and 58%,while after combined determination of anti-dsDNA,blood cells,urine MA,and D-dimer,the positive rate was 90.6%.6 The levels of IL-4(82.70±17.71 pg/ml),IL-6(49.58±12.12 pg/ ml),IL-10(11.95±5.28 pg/ml)in SLE were significant higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).And there were significant difference between active SLE patient and inactive patients(P<0.01).The level of IL-2(5.63±1.89 pg/ml)in SLE patients is significant lower than that of control group(31.59±5.65 pg/ml).There is no no significant difference between active SLE and inactive SLE(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined determination of anti-dsDNA,blood cells, urine MA,and D-dimer may improve the sensitivity of laboratory diagnosis of SLE.The interlukin 4,interlukin 6 and interlukin 10 is correlated to the SLE activity. |
