Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of COX-2,VEGF-C and LVD in pancreatic cancer intratumoral and peritumoral tissue. Methods: The expression of COX-2,VEGF-C and LVD in 40 cases ofpancreatic cancer and 12 cases of normal pancreas was detected by tissue chip and immunohistochemical assays. Results: COX-2,VEGF-C and LVD in pancreatic carcinoma were higherexpressed than that in normal pancreas. In pancreatic cancer tissue, the expression of COX-2 and LVD were correlated with tumor differentiate phage and lymph metastasis, not correlated with distant metastasis and tumor size. The expression of VEGF-C was correlated with lymph metastasis, not correlated with tumor differentiate phage, distant metastasis and tumor size. Conclusion: Pancreatic cancer lymphangiogenes was mainly existes in tumorperitonium, COX-2 might play an important role in it.Tissue chip technique was a feasible, rapid and economic method,It was suitable for large scale tissue test.
