Study On The Alleviate Inflammation And Bellyache And Diarrhea, And The Treatment Of Total Alkaloid Of Yuhuanglian And Volatile Oil Of Aucklandia Lappa In Ulcerative Colitis Of Rats

Objective::To study the treatment of total alkaloid of Yuhuanglian And volatile oil of Aucklandia lappa on rats with Ulcerative Colitis.Methods:1.To observe the effects of total alkaloid of yuhuanglian and volatile oil of aucklandia lappa on rats with abdominal pain induced by acetic acid.2.To observe the effects of total alkaloid of yuhuanglian and volatile oil of aucklandia lappa on rats with swelled ear induced by xylene.3.To observe the effects of total alkaloid of yuhuanglian and volatile oil of aucklandia lappa on rats with diarrhoea induced by Senna Leaf.4.To observe the effects of total alkaloid of yuhuanglian and volatile oil of aucklandia lappa on intestinal propulsion in rats.5.To observe the effects of total alkaloid of yuhuanglian and volatile oil of aucklandia lappa on pathology change of rats with ulcerative colitis,the ulcerative colitis model of rats was induced by acetic acid rectally,the symptom and colonic histology were evaluated.Results:1.A significant decrease in total alkaloid of yuhuanglian group and volatile oil of aucklandia lappa groups,when compared with the model group(P=0.000,P＜0.001),a significant difference between total alkaloid of yuhuanglian and yuhuanglian(P=0.042,P＜0.05),a significant difference between volatile oil of aucklandia lappa and aucklandia lappa(P=0.000,P＜0.001).2.A significant decrease in total alkaloid of yuhuanglian group and volatile oil of aucklandia lappa group and total alkaloid of yuhuanglian plus volatile oil of aucklandia lappa groups,when compared with the model group(P=0.0001,P＜0.01), a significant difference between total alkaloid of yuhuanglian and yuhuanglian(P=0.009,P＜0.01),a significant difference between volatile oil of aucklandia lappa and aucklandia lappa(P=0.002,P＜0.01).3.Asingnificant decrease in total alkaloid of yuhuanglian group and total alkaloid of yuhuanglian plus volatile oil of aucklandia lappa groups,when compared with the model group and Xianglian Pills group and Yuhuanglian groups(P=0.000,P＜0.001),a significant difference between total alkaloid of yuhuanglian and yuhuanglian(P=0.000,P＜0.001)..4.A significant decrease in total alkaloid of yuhuanglian group and volatile oil of aucklandia lappa group and total alkaloid of yuhuanglian plus volatile oil of aucklandia lappa groups,when compared with the model group(P=0.021,P＜0.05).5. A significant decrease in DAI of normal group and total alkaloid of yuhuanglian plus volatile oil of aucklandia lappa groups,compared with model group(P=0.049, P＜0.05 ),total alkaloid of yuhuanglian and volatile oil of aucklandia lappa groups could alleviate the symptoms and histological damages of model rats(P=0.029, P＜0.05 ).Conclusions:1.Total alkaloid of yuhuanglian and volatile oil of aucklandia lappa and Xianglian Pills and total alkaloid of yuhuanglian plus volatile oil of aucklandia lappa could significantly alleviate the abdominal pain of rats induced by acetic acid 2.Total alkaloid of yuhuanglian and volatile oil of aucklandia lappa and total alkaloid of yuhuanglian plus volatile oil of aucklandia lappa could alleviate the swelled ear of rats induced by xylene.3.Total alkaloid of yuhuanglian and total alkaloid of yuhuanglian plus volatile oil of aucklandia lappa could alleviate the diarrhoea of rats induced by Senna leaf,which is obviously better than Xianglian Pills and Yuhuanglian.4.Total alkaloid of yuhuanglian and volatile oil of aucklandia lappa and total alkaloid of yuhuanglian plus volatile oil of aucklandia lappa could decrease the evaluation of intestinal propulsion in rats.5.Total alkaloid of yuhuanglian and volatile oil of aucklandia lappa could significantly alleviate the pathology changes of rats with ulcerative colitis,ameliorate the damages of mucototal alkaloid of Yuhuanglian And volatile oil of Aucklandia lappa.
