Objective: To observe the TiaoDan mixture impacting on post-laparoscopic cholecystectomy blocked dynamia.Method: The recovery and post-cholecystectomy blocked dynamia (PCBD) occurrence of 36 patients after LC who took TiaoDan mixture voluntarily from September 2003 to September 2007 in my hospitsl were analyzed, and compared with 36 patients after LC at the same time. The same conventional treatment to the two groups after LC,36 patients of chinese medicine given the conventional treatment, at the same time, after 6h they start to have TiaoDan mixture A 20ml,q8h for 2 days;on the third day they stop having TiaoDan mixture B 20ml,tid for 3 days. To note the occurrence of nauxea and vomiting within 24 hours after LC,the peristaltic sound recovery timing, the anorectum exhaust timing and the occurrence of PCBD after one year of the two groups. Data analysis software use SPSS 13.0. Results are expressed in the mean±standard deviation (—X±S),between groups and within groups respectively do variance analysis and t-test ,p<0.05 for the difference was significant. Results: The incidence of nausea and vomiting within 24 hours after LC was 19.4% in the 36 patients of chinese medicine group,27.8% in contrastive group. The 36 patients of chinese medicine group with an average peristaltic sound recovery timing was 10.6±3.6h,the anorectum exhaust timing was 21.4±5.3h,while 22.4±3.1h and 34.1±4.8h in the contrastive group. The incidence of PCBD was 2.78% in the chinese medicine group,25.0% in the contrastive group. Conclusion:TiaoDan mixture A working in coordinating with B can promote the early recovery of gastrointestinal function after LC,reduce bile secretion and regulate flow, help the re-estsblishment of biliary impetus, and reduce the incidence of PCBD.
