Objective:to observe the present situation of syndrome occurrence after cholecystectomy and to provide a theoretical basis for TCM intervention therapy.Methods:to collect Chinese medicine hospital of jiangsu province general surgery 04,20 1 7 line 1 to December 31,2017,396 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients,among which 237 were included in the standard,pay a return visit the success of the 216 cases,patients for return visit to success,the questionnaire survey to according to after cystic resection syndrome diagnostic criteria,in patients with the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine.Statistical analysis was carried out on the observations of gender,age,the gallbladder wall thickness and gallbladder stones location,size,number of gallstones,gallbladder gallstone disease disease types,preoperative symptoms,modern,postoperative diet factors such as the impact on syndrorme after cholecystectomy.To observe the characteristics of TCM syndromes after cholecystectomy.Results:Successful return visit to survey 216 cases of patients after cholecystectomy,the diagnosis of syndrome after cystic resection is a total of 41 cases(1 week 26 cases postoperatively,January 18 cases postoperatively,postoperative February 11 cases),19.0%incidence of PCS(incidence of postoperative 1 week,1 month,2 months don't was 12.0%,8.3%,5.1%).Among them,there were 216 patients,146 female patients,28 cases of PCS,70 cases of male patients and 13 cases of PCS.Among them,gender,type of gallbladder disease and location of gallbladder stone were not related to PCS(P>0.05);Age,gallbladder stone size,gallbladder wall thickness,gallbladder calculus number,preoperative symptoms,mood factors,postoperative diet and PCS(P<0.05);PCS of TCM syndrome differentiation,in which liver depression syndrome is the main syndrome,which is divided into liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,liver qi stagnation syndrome,liver depression and blood stasis syndrome,as well as liver and gall dampness syndrome and liver and stomach disharmony syndrome.Among them,30 cases(73.2%),respectively,were liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,15 cases(36.6%),9 cases of liver depression and qi stagnation(22.0%),and 6 cases of liver depression and blood stasis syndrome(14.6%).Liver and gallbladder damp heat syndrome,7 cases(17.1%),liver stomach with certificate in 5 cases(12.2%),gender,diet,patients with modern factors,the types of gallbladder disease,gallbladder wall thickness is closely related to the patients with PCS card type distribution(P<0.05);Age,gallbladder stone position,gallbladder stone size,number of gallbladder stones,preoperative symptoms were not clearly related to the distribution of PCS(P>0.05).Conclusion:216 cases of patients after cholecystectomy,PCS incidence was 19.0%,including age,gallbladder stone size,thickness of gallbladder wall,gallstones,preoperative symptoms,modern factors,postoperative diet is associated with PCS,sex,type of gallbladder disease,gallbladder stones location factors has nothing to do with PCS.Laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients,especially related to check hint gallbladder wall thicker,patients with gallbladder stones larger,multiple cystic stone,intraoperative careful operation,to avoid residual calculi,and the surrounding tissue damage,and the postoperative patients diet for guidance.At the same time,before and after the whole operation,the patient is given a health education,so that the patient can fully understand the disease and minimize the impact of the disease and operation on the patients.Of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with a diagnosis of PCS based on law of tips,you have rules to follow for treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,but not the same,we should pay attention to individual change,syndrome differentiation and analysis,improve the effect of health care,reducing patient discomfort,improve patient quality of life,benefit the patients.
