Ultrasound targeted contrast imaging is mainly used to diagnose the development of early disease by the imaging means in the cell level. The imaging method based on targeted micro-bubble contrast agent is studied from both theoretical analysis and experiments in the thesis. The main objective in the thesis is to distinguish the micro-bubble adhering to blood vessel walls from those which are free in blood vessel and the surrounding tissue. Those including the statistical model are set up. Which are for adhering micro-bubble, freedom micro-bubble and human tissue The non-linear characteristics of the scattering signal of the micro-bubble are analyzed. The imaging is generated based on micro-bubbles'harmonic information. Analyzing the signal model in theory, the average filtering method is applied to make the micro-bubble imaging. Meanwhile, the ultrasonic radiation force method is used to get the higher adhering efficiency for the targeted micro-bubble contrast agent, which will improve the imaging quality. Finally, the color harmonic Doppler method is brought up to enhance the effect of the Average Filtering method. The imaging methods had been applied to the simulated model. It was shown by the simulation results that the images had a high-resolution with more details.
