Surface electrocardiogram of rat was used to be studied.Proceed with administration by injection from tongue vein on the groups of control,TFC. acute myocardium infarction model were prepared. The results has been shown that TFC could delay the VP(p﹤0.05)of the model of acute myocardium infarction and shorten the lasting time of VT(p﹤0.05)compared to controls. It has been suggested that TFC reduce the ratio of ventricular arrhythmia on the progress of acute infarction.Langendorff isolate working rat heart methods were used to observe the effect of different does of TFC on cardiac hemodynamics in isolated working rat heart.The heart worked by 37℃Krebs-Heseleif persistent perfusion.To observe effects of hearts were perfused at an 1.17kpa left atrial filling pressure and an 5.38kpa aortic afterload with k-H of 37.Recording the direct effects of TFE on myocardiac contractility were observed by a pattern of Langendorff isolated, perfused Wistar rat heart through determining the hemodynamics parameters including coronary flow (CF), left ventricular systolicpressure (LVSP),left ventricular end-diastolicpressure(LVEDP),and +dp/dtmax,-dp/dtmax..The LVSP,LVEDP and±dp/dtmax were increased , CF were increased after the perfusion of with the doses of 50μg/mL,100μg/mL,200μg/mL compared with normal control. The difference of the does of 50μg/ml and control was obvious, p <0.05. The does of 100μg/ml and 200μg/ml was obviousely different from the control, p<0.01. TFC may cause positive inotropic effect in isolated working heart and increase CF in a dose-dependent manner.Action potential was recorded by the standard microelectrode technique in the papillary muscle of guinea pig ventricle.AP was elicited by a series of depolarizing pulse (1Hz,2-4ms ,2 times threshold). We recorded action potential amplitude (APA), action potential duration 50%(APD50), action potential duration 90% (APD90). we observed the effect of different does of TFC(50μg/mL,100μg/mL,200μg/mL) on AP parameters. TFE50μg/mL can increased the APA and abbreviate APD50,APD90 from (72.25±3.15 )mV,(204.70±10.21)mS and(235.78±8.14)ms to(61.61±6.56)mV,( 216.65±11.98 )mS and (246.21±10.89)mS,p<0.05. TFC 100μg/mL and TFC 200μg/mL can increased the APA and APD50,APD90 from(67.98±4.25 )mV,(200.89±9.05)ms,(231.39±8.77)mS and(65.32±6.10)mv,(201.61±6.41)mS ,(231.19±11.84)ms to(54.12±5.01)mV,(210.96±9.98)ms,(243.89±9.87)mS and(41.71±3.01)mv,(215.51±8.69)mS(265.45±5.56)mS, The does of 100μg/ml and 200μg/ml was obviousely different from the control, p<0.01. TFC can increased the APA and also abbreviate APD50,APD90 in concen- tration-dependent manner.
