ObjectBy comparing Kt/V values of patients with ending stage renal disease undertaken different dialysate flow rate therapy,and the different diallysis efficacy between common dialysis mode and high- fllux dialysis,seek for an economic and effective dialysis mode for ESRD patientsMethods1.20 patients with ending stage renal disease(uremia period) were randomly divided by different dialysate flow rate into eight groups,each patient of the groups conducts hemodialysis with 500mL/min,550mL/min,600mL/min,650mL/min,700mLmin,750mL/min,800mL/min and high-flux hemodialysis for four weeks.At the end of the last week's hemodialysis,analyze patients' BUN Scr and other relative markers.Compare Kt/v values of each group and the side-effects of each therapy mode.2.According to different body surface area,dividing the patients undertaken different dialysate flow rate therapy to three groups(five patients each group),studying the Kt/V value relationship among the groups.ResuLtDialLysate between 500mL/min—600mL/min,the Kt/V vaLues have no significant difference.And among groups of 650mL/min—700mL/min and HFHD Kt/V vaLues have no significant differences.But among groups of 500mL/min—600mL/min,650mL/min—700mL/minand HFHD,800mL/min,the Kt/v vaLues is significant difference(α=0.05,P<0.05).Dialysate flow rate of 800mL/min is better than the others.ConcLusion1 High diaLyste fLow rate can enhance hemodiaLysis effiacay.2 Kt/v vaLues among different body surface areas are positive reLevant with diaLysate fLow rate.
