Objective:Blood flow reconstruction include percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA),PTCA and stent, coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) etc., its purpose is to reduce the coronary outbreak rat and death rate of main treatment method. However, microvascular damage impaired the benefits of coronary intervention. So to evaluation of the recent efficacy whose coronary blood showed TIMI 3 by MCE with the new generation medicine SonoVue.Methods:28 patients with AMI underwent two-dimensional echocardiography and intravenous MCE after PCI.Results:Of 254 segments related to reperfusion in 28 patients, myocardial contrast score(MCS) was graded as 1(169 segments,66.5%),0.5(85 segments,33.5%).It is thus clear that still 33.5%dissatisfied after PCI whose coronary blood showed TIMI 3.Of 254 segments related to reperfusion in 28 patients,12 segments showed wall motion abnormalities. In these abnormal segments,MCS was graded as 1(3 segments, 25%),in the other normal segments,MCS was graded as 1(166segments,68.6%). The incidence of MCS 1 was higher in normal segments than others(P<0.05).Conclusion:The third level of thrombolysis in myocardial infarction(TIMI) is not golden standard of successful reperfusion.MCE can quantify myocardial microcirculation perfusion safely and effectually in AMI patients using SonoVue intravenous injection.
