The Influence Of The Buzhong Yiqi Pill To Cancer-related Fatigue Of Breast Cancer Patients

Objective:This research intends to observe the influence of the method of st -rengthen the middle warmer and benefiting vital energy to cancer-related fatigue (CRF) of breast cancer patients and to discuss mechanism of action primary. By comparing fatigue scale score changes from the two groups of patients with CRF breast cancer, observing clinical efficiency of Buzhongyiqi pill in the treatment of breast CRF and evaluate the effects about the strengthen the middle warmer and benefiting vital energy method to CRF of breast cancer patients objective .This study will offer a kind of new clinical treatment to reduce CRF. Methods:45 cases who were incorporated into the standards were divided into with the machine 2 groups establish to cure set with blank matched control: 23casesof Buzhongyiqi pill + conventional therapy (treatment group);22 cases of conventional treatment group (control group).The breast cancer patients assessed the status of their own self- fatigue scale through a brief (brief fatigue inventory, BFI) , and observed score changes after two courses of treatment to assess the effects of the strengthen the middle warmer and benefiting vital energy method on breast cancer patients with CRF conditions objective . All data used for statistical analysis SPSS17. 0.Results:There were no shed off case and adverse drug reaction in all 45 cases .The fatigue score was no significant difference between two groups of CRF patients (P> 0. 05). After two courses of treatment, two groups cure the efficient comparison , treartment group efficient was 78. 2%, control group efficient was 50%. There is significant difference between two groups ( P < 0.05). It appears during the chemotherapy process disgusted, vomit the symptom all compare and did not appear this symptom the tired grade point is high, the difference has the covariance learns the meaning, and Buzhong yiqi pill as to it's cure curative effect contain covariance learn the difference( P<0.05). Conclusion:Use Buzhongyiqi pill + conventional therapy as treatment group compared with blank control group has statistical significance.
