ObjectiveThis research intends to observe the influence of Strengthen the body resistance and consolidate, especially the reuse of astragalus, on the convalescence breast cancer-related fatigue, the effect of preliminary explore its action mechanism. By comparing fatigue scale score changes of RPFS form the two groups of recovery patients with breast cancer-related fatigue, to observe clinical efficacy of Astragalus combined with Strengthen the body resistance and consolidate and evaluate the effects about the Astragalus combined with Strengthen the body resistance and benefiting vital method to cancer-related fatigue of recovery breast cancer patients, provide a clinical treatment way for cancer-related fatigue.Methods70 cases who were incorporated into the standards in our hospital outpatient during the the June 2014 to december 2014 were divided into treatment and control groups. In the treatment group, patients were treated with large dose of Astragalus membranaceus in Strengthen the body resistance and consolidate the constitution +conventional therapy, the control group received the treatment with conventional doses of Astragalus in Strengthen the body resistance and consolidate the constitution+conventional therapy. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Quantified by Piper fatigue scale and qi deficiency symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine classification table of two groups of patients before and after the treatment, and oberved the changes of scores after 4 weeks treatment, assessed the influence of Astragalus combined with Strengthen the body resistance and consolidate to the Cancer-related Fatigue of Recovery breast cancer. All theinformation enter the SPSS19.0 package for statistical analysis. If for the measurement data, then adopt t test, if the count data, adopt rank and inspection. The detection level of P<0.05.ResultsIn all 70 cases, have no shed off case, and no the medicine to response the occurrence badly.The results showed as follows:1. There was no significant difference in the general data of the two groups, comparable.2.Before treatment,70 cases in thegroup of patients, with moderate fat igue,which accounted for 88.57% of the control group, the treatment group accounted for 91.43%;No significant differences between treatment group and control group in the total RPFS score and fatigue behavior, emotion, co gnition, feeling dimensions(P>0.05).3. After treatment, two groups of fatigue scores were lower than before the treatment group decreased significantly, there was statistical signi ficance(P<0.05);To compare the four dimensions of behavior, emotion, cognit ion, feeling, in addition to the cognitive dimension, scores were lower than before, the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).4. Comparison of symptoms after treatment, the treatment group was 88.5 7%, the control group was 60%, The were significant (P<0.05).5.After treatment, the two groups of traditional Chinese medicine qi deficiency symptoms integral comparison, both groups can alleviate god we akness, fatigue, shortness of breath, spontaneous sweating, wait for a sy mptom, and the treatment group than the control group can better improve the clinical symptoms.ConelusionsAstragalus combined with Strengthen the body resistance and consolidate to the Cancer-related Fatigue of Recovery breast cancercan significantly improve the clinical symptoms of fatigue in cancer patients with breast cancer during rehabilitation, reducethe patient’s fatigue.It is a safe, effective treatment, worthy of promotion and application.
