| Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect during preoperative period in aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture using with Tertram ethylpyrazine in combination intermittent pneumatic compression(IPC),and to study the mechanism of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis from hemorrheologic changes.Method:From April 2008 to April 2009,80 aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture undergoing operation were double-blind randomized into 2 groups for deep vein thrombosis prophlaxes.Group A(40) received Tertram ethylpyrazine 120mg on each of day after surgery。Besides,Group B(40) received the same operation and other treatments,Group B did post-operative IPC twice a day.Its clinical effect was evaluated.At the same time,blood samples were retrieved for theology evalution.All patients were examined by colour duplex ultrasonography,valued the clinical symptom of DVT,Results:Compared with preoperation,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation incerased at the 1st and 3th day afer operation in two groups(P＜0.05).From the 3th day,the Group B was signficant at the plasma viscosity and other theology evalution than group A(P＜0.05).Group B decreased blood viscosity and plasma viscosity at the 7th day after operation and was deferent compared with peroperation(P＜0.05).Both group the clinical symptoms and sighs were improved,and the degree of the improvement was better in the B group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tertram ethylpyrazine in combination intermittent pneumatic compression was able to correct abnormal hemorheology and ameliorate symptoms. |
