The Clinic Observation On The Curative Effect Of The Auricular Plaster Therapy Combined With Chinese Medicine In Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands. (Type: Maladjustment Of The Chong And Ren Meridians)

Background:Hyperplasia of Mamamary Glands is an ordinary disease mostly among women, which has symptoms including pain or tumour in mammary glands.In recent years, modern woman's life pressure increasing,eating habit changing,endocrinopathy, etc.,this incidence of disease increases year by year.This course of disease is long,make little progress,it is apt to recur,endanger women's physical and mental health seriously.The curative effect of Western medicine inhyperplasia of mammary glands is not good at present,develop the TCM advantage,it' s seem more practical,valuable to study.Objective:The research purpose of subject aim at through the observe and evaluate the auricular plaster therapy combined with Chinese medicine in hyperplasia of mammary glands,(type:maladjustment of the chong and ren meridians) and to discuss the possible functional mechanism of it.Methods:60 patients choose from the acupuncture and the mammary glands specialized department clinic in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of TCM.They were selected according to strict diagnosis criterion,divided to the auricular plaster therapy combined with the treat group of 30 cases and the contrast group of 30 cases.All of them were diagnosed to one TCM type: maladjustment of the chong and ren meridians.The treat group adopt the auricular plaster therapy combined with Chinese medicine,before the period take 7 ear points:the supernatural door,pituitary, chest,gastric,adrenal,liver,mammary gland;after the period take 7 ear points: ovary,endocrine,liver,kidney,mammary gland,cortex,spleen.Treated with vaccania seeds by pressing ear-points,is taken down after being stuck and pressed for 3-5 days,weekly,two ears are replaced;One menstrual cycle is a course of treatment,treat 3 courses of treatment in succession,have a rest for 3- days among the course of treatment.Chinese medicine:(the pill of shujing and the pill of tiaojing) Use:after ameal,times of 5 slice,3 times a day.before the tide comes in the period take the pill of shujing;after take the pill of tiaojing for a week.The contrast group adopt Chinese medicine.(the pill of shujing and the pill of tiaojing) Use:after a meal,times of 5 slice,3 times a day.before the tide comes in the period take the pill of shujing;after take the pill of tiaojing for a week.Record the data from the two groups,establish the database,analyze them by SPSS13.0 software package and compare the clinic effect of the two groups.Results:after three months,the curative effect and the relieve of pain symptom of the treat group better than the contrasting group.Conclusion:It's an effective method to treat the hyperplasia of mammary glands, especially to alleviate the pain symptom.Because of advantages of the more simple and security way to give treatment and less side-effect,the auricular plaster therapy is an effective way to treat the hyperplasia of mammary glands.
