Study On The Correlation Between Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands And Meridians Based On The Measurement Of Original Acupoint Resistance

Objective:By analyzing the energy value of meridians and the ratio of five systems(maximum / minimum,upper / lower,yin / Yang,left / right,physical ability)of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands,the characteristics of meridians of hyperplasia of mammary glands were analyzed,and the distribution of TCM constitution types of the disease was summarized,so as to provide more acupoint selection basis for acupuncture treatment of the disease.Methods:112 cases of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands who met the inclusion criteria were detected by TCM meridians.The traditional Chinese medicine meridian detector(model: shxk-jl-100f)was used to collect signals mainly from the original acupoints of channels and collaterals,including Taiyuan,daling,Shenmen,carpus,Yangchi,Taibai,Taichong,Taixi,Qiuxu,Chongyang,shouyangming,Yangxi(large intestine meridian)and Shugu(bladder meridian of foot Taiyang).Finally,the statistical software spss21.0 was used to make statistics on the test results,objectively evaluate the twelve meridians state and five system ratio of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands,analyze the meridians characteristics of hyperplasia of mammary glands,and summarize the distribution of TCM constitution types of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands.Results : General results: a total of 112 cases were included in this study,including 29 cases(25.89%)aged 30-34,26 cases(23.21%)aged25-29,17 cases(15.18%)aged 40-44,16 cases(14.29%)aged 35-39,15cases(13.39%)aged 45-49,4 cases(3.57%)aged 50-55,4 cases(3.57%)aged 20-24 and 1 case(0.89%)aged less than 20.2.Meridian test results:(1)from high to low,the order of abnormal frequency of more than 10%was foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian 61 times(12.79%),foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian 54 times(11.32%),foot Taiyin spleen meridian 51times(10.69%),hand Taiyang small intestine meridian 49 times(10.27%),hand Shaoyin heart meridian 48 times(10.06%).(2)The energy values of left and right meridians in patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were compared,and the differences were statistically significant in bilateral hand Taiyin lung meridian,hand Yangming large intestine meridian,hand Shaoyin heart meridian,foot Taiyang bladder meridian,hand Jueyin pericardium meridian,hand Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian,and foot Jueyin liver meridian;except hand Shaoyin heart meridian and foot Shaoyin kidney meridian,the other meridians with the same name had statistical differences.The abnormal constitution of the whole body accounted for 43.07% of the total,and the abnormal constitution of the whole body accounted for 46.67% of the total There were 16 cases of constitution(14.29%),11 cases of qi deficiency constitution(9.82%),9 cases of phlegm dampness constitution(8.04%),4 cases of Yang deficiency constitution(3.75%)and 2 cases of qi stagnation constitution(1.79%).Results: 1.incidence rate of hyperplasia of mammary glands is high in 25～49 years old.2.There is obvious imbalance between the left and right meridians in patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands,and the abnormal degree of the right meridians is higher;there is obvious imbalance between the upper and lower meridians,and the abnormal degree of the foot meridians is higher.3.The ratio of the five systems further indicates that the patients with increased breast disease are in the state of excess of yin and deficiency of Yang,excess of upper body and deficiency of lower body.4.Hyperplasia of mammary glands should pay attention to the application of acupoints on the back,and treat it from heart,triple energizer and blood.
