Background:Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease referred to coronary heart disease.It is due to coronary atherosclerosis or blockage of the blood vessel cavity changes lead to coronary ischemia,heart disease caused by a lack of oxygen.Angina pectoris is a common clinical cardiovascular disease,is a serious hazard to human health diseases.In recent decades, The incidence of coronary heart disease mortality were significantly increased,has become a threat to the health of our people leading cause of death With the improvement of living standards of our people."Five internal organs related to Heart-related" theory of the Professor Deng Tietao achieve a good effect in Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of coronary heart disease.In the "relevant organs, Heart-related" pre-study of clinical coronary heart disease Syndrome distribution system characteristics,qi-deficiency and blood stasis in which evidence-based comparison of the proportion is the largest.A large number of clinical cases of the cluster analysis summed up phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease diagnosis of Qi-deficiency conditions.It provides a more convenient diagnostic tool for clinical qi deficiency blood stasis of coronary heart disease evidence-based diagnosis.This study was designed to work in clinical research institute est-ablished on the pre-qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome clinical diagnostic conditions;and test and verify the theory of Professor Deng Tietao.And it can provide a theoretical tool for clinical treatment.Objective:Verify the theory that early work receive the diagnostic criteria of phlegm gas card-based virtual clinic.And evaluate its accuracy and reliability of the theory.Methods: This research use clinical epidemiology methods to carry out a clinical epidemiologic survey of syndromes of TCM about CHD patients in Guangzhou city.The research patients mainly comes from the heart center of traditional Chinese medical hospital of Guangdong province,from 2008.8 to 2009.4,according to diagnostic code and internalize standard choose valid patients and divide them into two groups,acute stage group and paracmasis stage group,to begin cross section investigations.Then observe and record the syndrome factors of TCM based on "Information acquisition list of epidemiological investigation about CHD".After finished checking about the data of list,then begin impute dates use two people and check it meanwhile to make sure exactly impute, now,we can get a database of syndrome factors of TCM about CHD,then use statistical analysis software SPSS 13.0 to analysis database and get results about syndrome factors,the main analytical method include descriptive statistics analysis and cluster analysis.Results:We analyse the performance of clinical syndromes,then we know qi-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and distri- ibution of pre-established Institute of qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome consistent diagnostic criteria.We calculate the weight and syndromes of the characteristics of the assignment,then We have the total of syndrome.We develop diagnostic percentile cutoff with method.Score greater than or equal to 16 points less than 22 is divided into light;Score greater than or equal to 22 points less than 40 is divided into medium -sized;Score greater than or equal to 40 divided into heavy.The area of ROC that total and coronary heart qi deficiency and blood stasis Phlegm Qi Deficiency Syndrome Diagnostic Criteria form is 0.745. There were significant differences(P<0.00).The true positive rate is 0.745,and the false negative rate is 0.255.Conclusion:The diagnostic criteria that preparatory work for the qi-deficiency and blood stasis established has good diagnostic p - erformance.The Sensitivity and Specificity are higher.It can be used as the evidence-based clinical diagnostic tools reliable.
