Objective:Prepare for the revision of the standard of 1986 edition of diagnosis of coronary heart disease of heart Qi deficiency syndrome by using a larger sample volume.In order to explain the necessity of revising the diagnostic criteria,We consulted a large number of literature, related books, collecting expert opinion and combined with clinical investigation.This paper mainly discusses the contents of the heart qi deficiency in the category of coronary heart disease and whether the contents of the standard of heart qi deficiency need increase or decrease index.The key discussion in many content is the foundation and the relationship between the structure of the heart and coronary heart qi deficiency syndrome,and the influence of other syndromes on heart Qi deficiency syndrome, in additiong,the exploration of the original diagnosis index of semi quantitative.Methods:Collect 166 cases from Dongzhimen Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine and Anzhen Hospital,Between 2013 September to 2014 October.To establish epidate 3.1 database.Through the SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Disordered lassification count data using chi square test.The two group level data using non parametric test,by weight cases, Wilcoxon rank sum test command analysis.Regression analysis of classification by two unconditional logistic analysis of multiple risk factor and related indexes, regression variable level:alpha=0.05,alpha=0.10.Measurement data with normal distribution with variance analysis. Does not meet the normal distribution using non parametric test.There were statistically significant differences in p<0.05.Results:1 The investigation and display of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment:Syndrome element differentiation using rate is low,the main problems focused on the complexity of TCM.The problem of TCM is the lack of uniform diagnostic criteria.Personal subjective judgment is very obvious in TCM.2 The heart Qi deficiency syndrome in coronary heart disease and complications in demographic characteristics:(1) Gender,age:Male coronary heart Qi deficiency is more than female.Men than women heart Qi deficiency syndrome in patients between 30 and 59, The two flat 60-69 years old,After 70 years old female was higher than in male patients.(2)Smoking and alcohol history:The heart Qi deficiency syndrome incoronaiy heart disease more common in smokers and drinkers. (3) Complication:The effect of heart qi deficiency is obvious in the coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, cardiac insufficiency and arrhythmia.,Cardiac arrhythmia classification diversity, mainly to premature beat, followed by block, atrial fibrillation, Beckoning bradycardia. (4) the history of Revascularization:Heart Qi deficiency in blood supply reconstruction on significant difference.Heart Qi deficiency syndrome of light in the heavy semi-quantitative classification has nothing to do with the number of stents.(5)Other factors:Syndrome of deficiency of heart Qi and the amount of body fat, moderate exercise, cultural level, family genetic history not related.3 Objective index:(1) Abnormal has no significant difference with blood lipid, blood glucose (2) There was a significant difference in terms of coronary lesion vessels,the severity of coronaiy artery disease was no correlation. (4)Myocardial nuclide display:The heart Qi deficiency syndrome in different degree no significant differences in the degree of myocardial ischemia.4 Combined with anxiety and depression:Anxiety and depression, anxiety, depression, three kinds of abnormal emotion and heart Qi deficiency associated with the overall,There was no difference in anxiety and depression, anxiety and depression emotion problems which effect on the heart Qi deficiency,Heart blood stasis syndrome with different Psychological problems is not due to the gender difference.5 With the heart qi deficiency syndrome and clip the characteristics in patients with coronary heart disease:Syndrome of blood stasis in of various syndromes is the highest proportion,there was no correlation between the severity of heart Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Kidney deficiency of Zang Fu single ratio highest, followed by liver deficiency,Two dirty asthenia syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency, deficiency of the highest proportion.Conclusion:1 Male coronary heart Qi deficiency is more than female;The age of the patients was mainly between 50-69 years.The patients with heart qi deficiency syndrome were significantly higher than those of the male patients aged between 30-59 years,At the same time, the incidence of female in patients with Qi deficiency syndrome after 70 years of age was significantly higher than that of male patients;Smoking and drinking are the remarkable influence to the heart Qi deficiency;Anxiety and depression have effect on the heart Qi deficiency syndrome in coronary heart disease, but no difference in sex;Deficiency of heart Qi shown to affect significantly affected by hypertension,hyperlipidemia, diabetes, heart failure and arrhythmia, the most common complications were hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes is the second, cardiac dysfunction and arrhythmia, cardiac arrhythmia mainly to premature beat.2 Syndrome of deficiency of heart Qi material basis and functional performance influence each other,the function and structure of the change is not positive correlation.3 Pay attention to comorbid anxiety depression treatment of heart Qi deficiency syndrome in coronary heart disease from the "heart";conditioning the heart and regulating spirit are important.4 In the theory of TCM,the association between the Zang Fu organs can not be separated.Value the relationship between Qi and blood.Heart often affect other organs,heart Qi deficiency and blood stasis often coexist.
