| Objective:To analyze the clinical experiences and feasibility of the treatment of olecranon-traction with the T-screw for the model of Gartlandâ…¢of supracondylar fractures in children,and to provide the objective basis for clinical treatment of choice.Methods:60 patients that consistent with instituted internalize standard were strictly picked out and divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.Treatment group(31cases) was treated by the treatment of olecranon-traction with the T-screw with splint fixation.Control group (29cases) was treated by using open reduction and kirschner wire internal fixation.Then we observed and analyzed the length of hospital stay,thefracture healing time,the totle fees of hospitalization,the elbow joint function and the range of elbow joint,and measured Baumann angle in the course of fracture healing and Carrging angle after the healing of the fracture in the two groups.Result:There were significant difference(P<0.05) in comparing the fracture healing time,the totle fees of hospitalization,the range of elbow flexion and extension activities after 12W and 24W when fracture was healed,curative the clinical efficacy after 24W between the two groups.The result indicates that treatmeant group surpasses control group in relieving cost,shortening the clinical healing time of fracture and recovering the elbow joint function. And there was significant difference(P<0.05) in the length of hospital stay, the treatment group was worse than than the control group.There were nonsignificant difference(P>0.05) in measuring Baumann angle and Carrging angle,the two groups in the incidence of cubitus varus was equivalent.Conclusion:The method of olecranon-traction with the T-screw with splint fixation for the model of Gartlandâ…¢of supracondylar fractures in children has better effect on the function rehabilitation and preventing the loss of carrying angle of elbow joint in the course of treatmeant.It is worthy to be popularized. |
