Background:With the development of social develop,increase in medical modes,it is attention by one step and another about social and psychological factors and the relationship between various types of diseases.The quality of life is a new health indicator which is come about with people conform to the medical model turn to the biological,psychological,social medical model.The quality of life is measure the quality of life of patients which contribute to a comprehensive evaluation of the activities of their lives and health effects.Chronic hepatitis B in China is a higher incidence of disease,which can not be treated effectively until now. As people attach importance to the special crowds of chronic hepatitis B patientsmedical workers and the whole society have regarded their quality of life.Objective:To make an inquiry into the two kinds of mental status of chronic hepatitis B patients which are not treatment and treatment with the Chinese native medicine,to explore the mental status of chronic hepatitis B patients and the effect of the Chinese native medicine treatment chronic hepatitis Bpatients,Further evaluation of the Chinese native medicine interventions in patients with chronic hepatitis B on the psychological state and quality of life,Intervention for the establishment of the Chinese native medicine in patients with chronic hepatitis B of the mental status and a safe and effective the Chinese native medicine interventions in patients with chronic hepatitis B quality of life of the program to provide a reference.Method:A cross-sectional study based on 200 patients with CHB was carried out in the department of infectious diseases,GuangDong provingcial hospital of tern,using General health questionnaire,,SF-36 questionnaire,Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and Self-rating depression scale(SDS) during 20008 in February to 20009 in April.The date were analyzed by using T-test and variance analysis.Results:Compared with healty controls,patients with CHB had lower HRQOL on all scales of the SF-36,and higher QOL in SAS and SDS,these two groups are statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The total score of SF-36,physical functioning,role emotional and mental health were significant different between treatment and health controls,and also in SAS and SDS.Conclusion:1.Depression and anxiety are popular in patients with CHB,which lead to lower hrqol.2.We can draw a clear conclusion:The Chinese native medicine which based on The overall concept and Treatment can improve the quality of life and mental status of patients with CHB in different filess.
