Objective To explore the MCP-1 and CYP450 in the effects of the evolution of SAP diseaseMethods SAP rat models were induced by retrograde injection of 3 % sodium taurocholate into the bilipancreatic duct .The activity of serum amylase was investigated and the organization of the pathological changes were been observed under electron microscope .Divide thirty rats into three gropes, one: normal control grope.two: SAP grope after 4 hours. Three: SAP grope after 12 hours. Immuno histochemistry method was used for detecting MCP-1 and CYP450 expression in SAP rats after operation for 4h and 12h and normal controls. Results MCP-1 and CYP450 are mainly expressed in endochylema .The expression of MCP-1 and CYP450 in liver and jejunum tissues in SAP grope after 4 and 12 hours are obeviously higher than that of normol control ones (P <0.05,P <0.01). The expression of MCP-1 and CYP450 in liver and jejunum tissues in SAP grope after 12 hours are also higher than the SAP grope after 4 hours (P <0.05,P <0.01).Conclusion MCP-1 has important role in the occurance and development in the rats SAP disease; CYP450 is relate to the prognosis and clinical treatment in the rats SAP disease.
