| Objective:To study the correlation of resting heart rate(resting heart rate,RHR) and blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipids,weight,height,and the hypertension complications in patients with essential hypertension(essential hypertension,EH).Methods:1081 middle-aged patients with essential hypertension in community, including 579 male and 502 female,aged 40-59(51.88±5.13) years old.All these Patients had been divided into 4 groups in accordance with RHR,RHR1 <75 bpm, 84bpm≥RHR2≥75bpm,94bpm≥RHR3≥85bpm,RHR4>94bmp,and blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),pulse pressure(PP),body mass index(BMI), fasting plasma glucose,blood grease,and count stroke,renal dysfunction.The examined results of different groups' made contrast and correlation each other.Results:(1) In essential hypertension patients,SBP,FPG,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,BMI in all groups showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and with the increase in RHR gradually increased.HDL-C increased with the RHR decreased.DBP,BMI and PP at RHR1 with RHR2 no significant difference(P>0.05),but with the RHR3,RHR4 group has statistical significance(P<0.05).(2) Correlation analysis showed that RHR was positively correlated with FPG,the r= 0.629(P<0.01).SBP was positively correlated with the RHR,the r=0.561(P<0.01). PP was positively correlated with the RHR,the r=0.488(P<0.01).TC,TG,LDL-C was positively correlated with the RHR,the r=0.309(P<0.01),0.477(P<0.01),0.426 (P<0.01).BMI was positively correlated with the RHR,the r=0.291(P<0.01). HDL-C was negatively correlated with the RHR,the r=-0.470(P<0.01).(3) In essential hypertension patients,the proportion of complications and MS is different in different RHR groups,RHR higher,the bigger the proportion of complications and metabolic syndromes,and between the groups have significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:The RHR of the Patients with essential hypertension were fast,RHR was correlated to SBP,FPG,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,BMI.RHR is one of the risk factors for patients with essential hypertension,and is used as a screening target-organ damage in hypertension with reference to one of the indicators.When community care workers in community-home follow-up of patients with hypertension,not only should pay attention to blood pressure,but also resting heart rate, if found in patients with resting heart rate increase,it is necessary to pay attention,it is recommended to check blood glucose,blood lipids and target organ damage detection to hypertension patients,to monitor a variety of metabolic disorders and hypertension target organ damage in the development,as far as possible the early detection,early treatment,do not have to wait until the symptoms appear,this effect can play better. Community medical and health institutions is one of the main functions of prevention of rehabilitation,the results of this study is able to provide community care workers,health education and monitoring of hypertension prevention to provide guidance and recommendations to promote community-based rehabilitation of medical institutions to prevent development. |
