The Survey Of Clinical Features And The Explore Of The Pathogenesis In Irritable Bowel Syndrome In QingDao Areas

AIM:To gain the clinical data of the outpatients who have irritable bowel syndrome in Qingdao coastal areas,Meanwhile,To determine the mast cell(MC) and calcition-gene related peptides(CGRP) in ilececum and the connection of descending colon and sigmoid colon of irritable bowel syndrome.To discuss wether MC and CGRP have some influence in the process of IBS morbidity mechanism.Be that aspect analyses the basis studying the IBS occurrence mechanism provides theory in the days to come from nerve-endocrine-immune network.METHODS:From January,2005to December 2007,Consecutive outpatients presented to the gastroenterological clinic in the affiliated hospital of medical college QingDao university were diagnosed with IBS based on RomeⅢdiagnostic criteria.using the way of questionnaire that based on RomeⅢdiagnostic criteria,the detailed contents conclude:Common data and Relevance factor form.We select the IBS and catch their bowel mucosa randomly.We adoppting immune organization chemistry method to handle the Section of organization,we use Rabbit anti-CGRP 1/2 polyclonal antibody to determine dyeing masculine CGRP,Use peculiar dyeing method to determine hypertrophic dyeing MC.RESULTS:A total of 6360 consecutive outpatients presented to the gastroenterological clinic were diagnosed with IBS based on RomeⅢdiagnostic criteria,The total outpatients is 32500,The Proportion is 19.57%,The compose of subtypes have some differences.The scatter of ages,level of education,economic situation and so on in IBS patients are different.There are so many IBS patients happened in spring.In the mucosae of ilececum,The mast cell number all increase in four type IBS patients,Compared with contrast groop having significant meaing.In the conection of descending colon and sigmoid colon,The type of diarrhea have notable increased MC,0.01＜P＜0.05.The IBS diarrhea type patients have significant intensity CGRP in ilececum compared to contrast groop.P＜0.01.In the connection of descending colon and sigmoid colon,there are also great increase of CGRP in the IBS diarrhea type,0.01＜P＜0.05.The number of MC and the express of CGRP have apprising relation.Under the electric mirror,We can see the phenomenon of MC take off pellet.CONCLUSION:IBS Patient dietary habit tendentiousness having certain degree.Coastal areas IBS patients are more concentrated in the spring.Nerve-endocrine-immune network mechanism may have certain effect on the morbidity of IBS.
