Objective:The integrative desensitization measures were taken to reduce the female drug-addicts'sensitivity to risk factor of relapse which was drug-related environments, enhance their positively coping abilities after investigating the sensitivity and the psychological characters of the drug-addicts. The integrative measures were explored to aim directly at the drug-addicts'sensitivity and provided evidence for drug-addicts to prevent relapse after detoxification. Methods:The random control intervention trials were carried out to the members in Wuhan detoxification rehabilitation center based on the cluster sampling and the freewill principle. Then the members were divided into intervention group and control group randomly. We applied integrative desensitization measures including desensitization therapy, behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, psychological therapy, painting therapy, musical therapy and the special lectures on intervention group, which lasted 3 months. The traditional measures including the special lectures and seeing photographic recording were applied on control group, which also lasted 3 months. Two developmental scales by ourselves on drug-addicts'sensitivity and confidence and a simple coping style questionnaire (SCSQ) were used to obtain the data, which were inputted by EpiData and analyzed by SPSS13.0.Result:86.96% of the intervention group (23 persons) finished the courses and the scales, in which group the average age was 34.80±5.82 year. The number of the control group was 18 and 94.44% of them finished the scales. The average age of the control group was 34.12±7.67 year. The basic information of the drug-addicts including age, education, the marriage and the occupation among the intervention group and the control group had no significant difference (P>0.05). The quantities, frequency, style, source of drug abuse, drug abuse in companion, family attitude, and family members of the drug-addicts among the intervention group and the control group had no significant difference (P>0.05).The average score of sensitivity to related environments of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group at the end of intervention (P<0.05); but at the beginning of the study there was no difference between the intervention group and the control group (P>0.05).The average score of drug-addicts'sensitivity about environments directly related to drug and indirectly related to drug and social and family environments of intervention group was lower than that of the control group at the end of intervention (P=0.036, P=0.054, P=0.053); but at the beginning of intervention there were no difference about three environment factors between the intervention group and the control group (P>0.05). The average score of confident of the intervention group had no difference with that of the control group at the beginning and the end of intervention (P>0.05). The average score of positive dimensionality of intervention group at the end of intervention was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); but at the beginning of intervention there was no difference between the intervention group and the control group (P>0.05). The average score of negative dimensionality of intervention group and control group had no difference at the beginning and the end of the study (P>0.05).Conclusion:The psychological status of the female drug-addicts was improved by the integrative desensitization measures. The drug-addicts'sensitivity to risk factor of relapse which was drug-related environments in intervention group were reduced, which indicated that the integrative desensitization intervention can reduce the female drug-addicts'craving induced by related environment, increase their positively coping abilities in the face of difficulties and setbacks and establish a good foundation for mental health to prevent relapse. We applied two developmental scales by ourselves on drug-addicts'sensitivity and confidence to assess drug-addicts'sensitivity and confidence. The scientific evidence can be given to explore and set up relapse prevention model and a new evaluation method through this study.
