[Objective]1. Discuss the mechanism of adhesive vacuum assisted washing and aspiration device in breast abscess throught the study of the impact adhesive vacuum assisted washing and aspiration device to capillary of breast abscess.2. Discuss the mechanism of adhesive vacuum assisted washing and aspiration device in breast abscess throught the study of the impact adhesive vacuum assisted washing and aspiration device to bacteria of breast abscess.3. Evaluation the difference between the two therapy in breast abscess of adhesive vacuum assisted washing and aspiration device and traditional incision and drainage in wound length ,dressing change frequency, and the healing time.[Methods]1. Choose Aug 2007.~Mar 2009 breast abscess patients treated at our hospital for study, a total of 45 cases. Were randomly divided into the traditional group, vacuum assisted closure (VAC) group and adhesive vacuum assisted washing and aspiration device (AVD)group. Cutting a 3 mm×3 mm×2 mm-sized organizations of the traditional group, VAC group and AVD group before treatment, after treatment 3d, to carry out immunohistochemical detection of its capillary level.2. Choose Aug 2007.~Mar 2009 breast abscess patients treated at our hospital for study, a total of 30 cases. Were randomly divided into the traditional group and (AVD)group .The control group in pre-debridement, debridement after 3d, 6d, red negative pressure suction in the debridement ago, after treatment 3d, 6d, fate cut at a 3mm×3mm×2mm-sized organizations, bacterial culture, detection of bacteria per gram of tissue level.3. Aretrospective and prospective analysis of 30 breast abscess treating in our hospital from Aug 2007.~Mar 2009,evaluating the difference between AVD with the traditional treatment in treating breast abscess at the wound length, dressing change frequency, and healing time whether or not the differences.[Results]1. Effect of AVD treating breast abscess to the results of capillary density.1.1 Three days after treatment of the control group in creased capillary content was not obvious, three days after VAC group were significantly increased capillary. VAC group treatment compared with the control group there is significant differenceP<0.05.1.2 Capillary in the control group increase little after three days treatment Capillary in the AVD group increase significantly after three days treatment. There is significant difference between the V.A.D group and the control groupP<0.05.1.3 After three days capillary in VAC group and V.A.D group were all significantly increased. There was no significant difference between V.A.D group and the VAC groupP>0.05.2. Effect of AVD treating breast abscess to the results of bacteria2.1 After three days treatment of control group the bacterial decrease was not obvious, after three days treatment of AVD group the bacterial decrease was also not obvious. Compared with the control group AVD group is no significant differenceP>0.05.2.2 After six days treatment of control group the bacterial decrease was not obvious, after six days treatment of AVD group the bacterial decrease was obvious. Compared with the control group AVD group is significant differenceP<0.05.3. Comparing the differenct between the AVD treatment and the traditional treatment to breast abscess in the wound length, dressing change frequency,.3.1 Compared with the traditional treatment AVD treatment significantly reduced the length of incision in curing breast abscess(P<0.01).3.2 Compared with the traditional treatment AVD treatment significantly reduced the frequency of dressing change in curing breast abscess(P<0.01).3.3 Compared with the traditional treatment AVD treatment significantly reduced the time of healing in curing breast abscess(P<0.01).[Conclusion]1.The use of AVD to treat the breast abscess is benefit to the formation of capillary, which is benefit to tissue healing.2. The use of AVD to treat the breast abscess is benefit to clear bacterias, which is benefit to control infection.3. Compared with the traditional treatment the use of AVD in breast abscess can significantly reduce healing time , dressing change frequency and significantly reduced the length of the wound...
