Clinical Analysis On 137 Cases Of Ocular Tumor

Objective To analyze the distribution 0f the position ,the features ,the method of diagnosis and treatment,prognosis and misdiagnosis about ocular tumor.Methods Cases were divided into four patterns by anatomical position:eyelid tumor, Corneal and conjunctiva tumor, intraocular tumors and orbital tumor.Especial measures of checking and treatment were taken according to different site and quality of eye tumor,and analysis was given.Results Among 137 cases 0f ocular tumor,35 cases(25.55%) originated from lid(benign 15 cases,42.86%,malignant 20 cases,57.14%),12 cases(8.76%) from cornea and conjunctiva (benign 10 cases,83.33%,malignant 2 cases,16.67%),15 cases(10.95%) from intraocular that are all malignant,75 cases(54.74%)form orbit(benign 64 cases,85.33%,malignant 11 cases,14.67%).Conclusion Oculists may clearly judge the site and quality of tumor and adopt effective treat plan if they master the site and quality of tumor by the routine and new examination.Retrospective analysis of misdiagnosis cases can be useful for experience accumulation and the medical level improvement.
