| PurposeTo estimate the security and feasibility of early enteral nutrition in patients which have received gastrectomy of gastric cancer.MethodObserve 40 patients'therapy in surgery dated from 2008.1.1 to 2008.9.23 with postoperative gastrectomy of gastric cancer.Divided them to two groups as they whether using enteral nutrition(EN) or not.Compare each other with the days and the fee in hospital,the bowel movement,nutrition condition et alResultEN+PN group has little copmlication,shorter duration of recovery and length of stay,less cost compared with PN groupConclusionearly enteral nutrition is safe,convenient,economic.
