| Objective:To observe the clinical cuiative effect of Danggui Shaoyao capsule on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(CPID) with liver stagnation(stasis) and spleen yun.Methods:All the information in 2008 june to december in taihe hospital of shiyan city department of traditional Chinese medicine patients,were diagnosed with liver stagnation(stasis) spleenyun chronic inflammatory disease,a total of 65 cases.In accordance with the principles of randomized,65 patients were divided into treatment group and the control group.Treatment group(35 cases):the maximum age of 46 years old,minimum age 19 years old,younger than 30 years of age in 11 cases between 30-40-year-old in 16 cases,eight cases of more than 40 years of age,with an average age of 33.36±7.77 years;course of less than 1 year to 17 cases,1-3 in 14 cases,four cases of more than 3 years;12 cases of patients with mild to moderate in 14 cases,9 cases of moderate and severe.The control group(30 cases):the maximum age of 49 years old,minimum age 20 years old,younger than 30 years of age in 12 cases,30-40 years old in 13 cases,five cases of more than 40 years of age,with an average age of 32.57±7.96 years;course of less than 1 year to 12 cases,1-3 in 17 cases,greater than 3 in 1 case;11 cases of mild illness,13 cases of moderate and severe in 6 cases.Treatment group(1)Danggui Shaoyao capsule.0.3g/tablets,a 5 day oral administration 3 times.(2) traditional Chinese medicine since the proposed retention enema Fuyan 1 and 2 experience,the 1st Qingre Huoxue side,from honeysuckle,dandelion,peach kernel,composed of paeonol;the 2nd Huo xue San jie by guizhi,honeycomb,triangular, composed of Ezhu.After the turn of the two sides fried and check enema retention enema conventional method,lnight,menstruation is disabled.(3) Microwave treatment Shaofu site in less abdominal, microwave rectangular home built into the upper and lower pelvic inflammatory buy bulk bags(xinxianghuoxue of goods),the output power of conventional 10-15W,time 20 minutes,temperature tolerance in patients for degrees per day 1 times Menstrual disabled. (4) intravenous administration of Danshen injection 40ml 5%glucose infusion 250m1.1 day,menstrual disabled.Control group given only medicine retention enema,Shaofu microwave treatment,intravenous infusion of Danshen injection.Medication for both groups,10 days for a course of treatment.2 medication effects observed after treatment,assessed by observing the results of evaluation of the treatment group of clinical efficacy and safety.Results:1.The two groups before and after the treatment efficacy of clinical total effective rate:94.29%for the treatment group,70.00%for the control group.By Ridit analysis,the difference was significant(P<0.05).2.The two groups after the treatment of clinical symptoms and signs were significantly different(◆P<0.05),the same symptom groups were significantly different(P<0.05)3.Symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment there is significant difference between the total points(△P< 0.05),22 between the two groups are more significant difference(▲P< 0.05).Treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms and signs are obviously better than the control group,with no serious study of drug-related adverse effects.4.The cuiative effect of treatment group has no clearly correlation with the patient age and disease length(P>0.05),but disease situation(P<0.05).In a word,the lighter the condition is,the better is the curative effect.The more serious the condition is,the worse is curative effect.Conclusion:Danggui Shaoyao capsules liver depression oral treatment(blood) type of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease spleen yun sure effect,non-toxic side effects,lasting effects,to facilitate the acceptance of patients.Fully reflected in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,not only focus on the elimination of inflammation,but also the importance of liver and spleen to reconcile and adjust blood,thereby enhancing the ability of the body upright and rehabilitation of disease-resistant capacity.
