Clinical Observation Of Modified Buyanghuanwu Decoction In Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective:Through the use of Modified Buyanghuanwu Decoction in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,to observate the efficacy and safety of this recipe,and to explore the clinical value of this recipe.Methods:1.The use of prospective randomized controlled method to meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in 60 cases,divided into treatment group and control group,on the basis treatment of diabetes,the control group oral Mecobalamin tablets(each 0.5mg,3 times a day, even served 12 weeks).Treatment group on the basis treatmentof control group add Modified Buyanghuanwu Decoction,including astragalus,Chinese angelica,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Chuanxiong, peach kernel,safflower,Earthworm,odoratum,Adenophora such as.2.To observe the two groups symptoms,signs,fill out the form syndromes points quantify table before and after treatment.3.Check fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,blood rheology,blood lipid analysis,glycated hemoglobin, sensory nerves and motor nerve conduction velocity,such as indicators,to evaluate efficacy. 4.The datas use t test and variance analysis methods such as statistical analysis,compare efficacy.Results:1.The total effective rate of treatment group is73.33%, control group is53.33%.Clinical efficacy of combined treatment groups has significant difference(P＜0.05).2.In improving the clinical symptoms and lower symptom score, two groups have significant difference(P＜0.05).3.The main hematological indicators,the two groups fasting plasma glucose and postprandial blood glucose were significantly decreased after treatment,no significant difference between the two groups,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol of treatment group increased.Hemorheology of blood to treatment group were significantly improved,control group has no significantly changes before and after treatment.Superficial peroneal nerve sensory nerve conduction velocity and upper limb median nerve,common peroneal nerve of lower limb motor nerve conduction velocity showed some improvements.Conclusion:Modified Buyanghuanwu Decoction could alleviate the patients with a variety of clinical symptoms and signs,lower blood sugar, improve blood lipids,improve blood rheology,improve nerve conduction velocity.Clinical efficacy is superior to the control group.It may be related to improvement of blood rheology and improve lipid metabolism and improve the relevant nerve ischemia.
