ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of CDC25B,14-3-3δprotein and theirs correlation with pathological grade, clinical stage in bladder carcinoma. To provide theory basis on finding the guideline of malignance and new theory of bladder carcinoma.MethodsWestern Blot was used in detecting CDC25B and 14-3-3δprotein in 64 bladder carcinoma,9 normal bladder mucosal.1)Observe the expression of CDC25B and 14-3-3δbetween bladder carcinoma and normal bladder tissue;2) Analyse the relation for the expression of CDC25B and 14-3-3δin bladder carcinoma clinical stage and pathology grade.ResultsAll the tissues investigated have the expression of CDC25B.The difference expression of CDC25B between the pathology grade and clinical stage in bladder carcinoma has significant implication. With the reduction of the cell carcinoma differentiation, the expression is increased. The expression of CDC25B was higher in invasive tumor than noinvasive tumor.14-3-3δwas abandon in the normal bladder mucosal, and it is reduced in bladder carcinoma. However,an obvious relation between this protein and pathology grade of the tumor has not been found. ConclusionsThe expression of CDC25B was significantly higher in bladder carcinoma than in normal bladder tissue and the expression of 14-3-3δlower in the same case. The high expression of CDC25B is extremely associated with tumor cells differentiation and invasion in bladder carcinoma. The lower expression of 14-3-3δis not associated with differentiation in bladder carcinoma.CDC25B and 14-3-3δmay be a diagnositic marker and therapeutic purposes in bladder carcinoma.
