ObjectiveIn recently,the morbidity of asthma is gradually increased in the world, especially in children,the morbidity increased rapidly.With the changes in the pattern of social medicine,asthma as a classical psychosomatic diseases,the role of psychosocial factor in its occurrence,development,treatment and rehabilitation absorb more and more attention.The treatment For asthma are using asthma medication in a long term,for that asthma symptoms can be controlled,but the recurrent of asthma may make the children fear,anxiety,depression and other emotional disorders.The existence of long-term emotional disorders,not only to interfere with the children on medication compliance,but also have the impact of their quality of life,asthmatic children will also be prone to psychological and behavioral problems.Studies have shown that parental rearing patterns of children have an important impact with chronic diseases,the formation of character,self-fashioning and the subjective quality of life. Parents of asthmatic children in order to reduce the emotional and dramatic activity induce asthma attack,the parents of asthmatic children are prone to tolerance, over-protection and interference at the course of upbringing the children.In fact,this approach is not conducive to raising children to cultivate the ability of self-reliance and their personal growth,also easily to cultivate behavioral problems of asthmatic children. The vicious cycle of inter-mode,hindering treatment of asthma and children's psychological growth.With changes in the medical model in recent years,domestic and foreign scholars attempted to useing a variety of psychological intervention and guidance on the treatment of children asthma.Research showed that psychological intervention can reduce the negative emotions and reduce behavioral problems in asthmatic children,improve the overall therapeutic effect.However,the study the relationship between the behavioral problems of the asthmatic children and their parental rearing patterns are less.This article seeks to explore the behavior problems of the asthmatic children,the characteristics of asthmatic children parental rearing patterns,and also to explore the relationship between them.It want to promote the way of overcoming from asthma and provide a theoretical basis for psychological and behavioral growth of asthmatic children.Methods1.Inventories for survery:we choose 40 asthmatic children(male 22,female 18,6 to 12 years old)which was diagnosed the onset of non-acute phase of mild to moderate asthma by the doctor,while at the children care center choose 40 nonasthmatic children for the control group,whose gender,age and their parents' educational background are matching of the asthmatic children,but hasn't chronic physical and mental disease.We apply Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran(EMBU)and child behavior checklist (CBCL),which to evaluate their Parental rearing patterns and their behavior problems between the asthmatic children and nonasthmatics.2.Research tools:(1)Apply EgmaMinnen avBardndosnauppforstran(EMBU)to evaluate the Parental rearing pattern of asthmatic children and nonasthmatics.(2)Apply child behavior checklist(CBCL)to evaluate their behavior problems.Results1.Compared to control group,behavioral problems are significantly prevalent in asthmatics(P＜0.01).Significant differences were found in 4 factors,such as activity capability,depression,society flinches,somatization(P＜0.05,P＜0.01)between boys of asthmatics and nonasthmatics.2.The degree of the asthmatic children father's punishment and sternness rearing pattern(F2)were lower in asthmatic children than that in nonasthmatics(P＜0.05);The degree of their father and mother's excessively protection(F6,M2)were higher in the asthmatic children than that in nonasthmatics(P＜0.05);the mather's warm feeling(M1) were higher in asthmatic children than that in nonasthmatics(P＜0.01).3.Correlation analysis indicated that the father's warm rearing patterns of asthmatic children were negatively correlated with the depression of asthmatic children (P＜0.05);the mather's excessively protection rearing patterns were positively correlated with depression and somatization of asthmatic children(P＜0.01,P＜0.05);the father's over-protection rearing patterns of asthmatic children were positively correlated with the depression of asthmatic children(P＜0.05);the mother's spoil rearing pattern were positively correlated with hyperactivity of asthmatic children (P＜0.05).Conclusion1.Significant differences were found in behavior problems between asthmatic children and nonasthmatics,behavior problems are significantly prevalent in asthmatics.2.The parental rearing patterns of asthmatic children are often warmly and sympathy, their parents often overprotect asthmatic children compared with the control group.3.Significant relation can be found between parental rearing pattern and behavior problems in children with asthma.4.In a word,parents of asthmatic children should cultivate the pertinent rearing patterns to lessen the children's behavior problems and improvent their overcome from the disease.Attention and controlling to behavioral problems should be taken to enable asthmatics' development in physical and mental health.
