Purpose1.Through UV monitoring data and individual outdoor activities,we are going to calculate and compare the cumulative MED value, daily average MED value and the maximum daily MED of different ages and genders in Sanya,Hainan. And to compare the maximum daily average MED with the daily MED of high UV exposure occupational groups abroad,as well as the monitoring results of Australian model.2.To compare the hand back skin dermatoglyphics differences of different ages and gender groups in Sanya and Shenyang.MethodWe used Sony DSC-F828 digital camera to take the photo of the hand back skin in Yacheng,Sanya and rural areas near Shenyang.Through UV monitoring in local situation, the percentage of sunshine and survey results,we calculated the individual doses of UV exposure, and convey it into a biology MED value. We compared the difference of MED between different ages and genders in these two areas using t test. We measured morphological index of these people, then analyze the difference between different ages and genders, and we also analyze the relationship between these indexes and personal cumulative MED values.Result1.The cumulative MED value in Sanya is significantly greater than that in Shenyang.2.Through the comparison of daily average MED,we found:in Shenyang, the daily average MED in 20-40 group is the greatest among all groups, and MED of males in this group is significantly higher than that of females, implying that males in this group is the main workforce in farming;however,in Sanya, the daily average MED in 40-60 group is the greatest, but there is no significant difference between male and female. 3.The maximal daily MED of males in<20 group(3.92MED),females in<20 group(4.04MED) and males in>60 group(4.14MED) is equal to that of high UV exposure occupational workers abroad(3.9-4.1MED);and a little greater than the monitoring results in Australia(3.8MED).4.The skin texture index in Shenyang and Sanya,Grid number, the minimal angle, the minimal distance between texture, the difference between the maximal standardized distances and the minimal standardized distances, maximal angle number, the difference between the angles, these indexes are significantly different between Shenyang and Sanya. The average angle number, the 10 times standardized distance, the maximal texture distance and the minimal angle number, there is no difference in these four indexes between the two areas.Conclusion1.Through the comparison of the daily MED between different ages and genders in Shenyang and Sanya and the high UV exposure occupational workers,we can see that the UV exposure in Sanya is very high, and the maximal exposure doses is equal to that in the high UV exposure workers abroad.2.The difference between maximal and minimal distances is growing with the growing of individual UV exposure dose, and the difference between the two areas is growing greater with age growing, and this index could reflect the photo-aging of skin.
