The Study On The Influence Of Pesticides To The Active Ingredient In Gentiana Scabra Bge.

"Safety,Effect,Stabilization and Control"was the requirement of World Health Organization to Chinese herbs.The quality of Chinese herbs was not only including the effective constituent,toxicant and content but also the pesticide residue.The author of this paper made a comprehensive study about the using condition of the Difenoconazole,the Carbendazim and the Mancozeb,and the growth condition of the Gentiana scabra Bge by searching the domestic and foreign documents,which offer the detailed experimental data to the further formulation of the standard rules for the production of the Gentiana scabra Bge.We studied on the degradation of the Difenoconazole,the Carbendazim and the Mancozeb in the Gentiana scabra Bge.and the impact on content of the Gentiopicrin.The detailed results obtained were as follows:(1)Established the method for the analysis of the Difenoconazole,the Carbendazim and the Mancozeb in the Gentiana scabra Bge.The recoveries were 93.40～99.40%,91.48～99.58 %,76.1～86.2%.The RSD were 0.14～1.56%,0.24～3.56%,0.70～10.20%.And studied on the residual dynamics of the 3 pesticides on the Gentiana scabra Bge.The results of two years indicated that half-life of the Difenoconazole was 5.13～5.43 d,after about 15～20d the residue was determined less than 10%.half-life of the Carbendazim was 8.23～9.72d,after about 20～25d the residue was determined less than 10%.(2)The results of the pesticides impact on the content of the Mancozeb in two years showed that there is no different between whether spraying the Difenoconazole.And the results of the pesticides impact on the content of the Mancozeb in two years showed that they are also no different between whether spraying the Carbendazim and the Mancozeb.Innovative features1 We made a detailed experiment of the relation between the residues dynamics after sprayed the Difenoconazole and the effective components of the Gentiana scabra Bge.2 We also made a detailed experiment about the influence of the residual impact in the Gentiana scabra Bge for the first time.3 Established a new method for the analysis of Difenoconazole with HPLC.
