The Clinical Curative Effect Observation For Psoriasis Vulgaris With Qing Re Li Shi Yin And The Effect On Psoriasis-like Animal Models Of Animals

Objective:This study is to observe and contrast Qing Re Li Shi Yin's effect on psoriasis vulgaris patients and that of Qing Re Liang Xue Yin used during my tutor's clinical work;To investigate whether Qing Re Li Shi Yin has curative effect on psoriasiform pathological changes of guinea pigs'ears and the security of Qing Re Li Shi Yin,so as to provide initiatory data and information for the study of Qing Re Li Shi Yin's curative effect on psoriasis.Methods:The 120 psoriasis vulgaris patients patients are put into three groups at random.Groupâ… â…¡â…¢are given Qing Re Li Shi Yin(50 patients), Qing Re Liang Xue Yin(40 patients), Fu Fang Qing Dai Wan(30 patients) respectively and the course of treatment is 12weeks. The experiments builds the model of guinea pig ears with psoriasiform pathological changes and sets up control group, Qing Re Li Shi Yin groups and Qing Re Liang Xue Yin groups of different contration respectively.The study adopts the Baker Method to evaluate ,so as to provide initiatory data and information for the study of Qing Re Li Shi Yin's curative effect on psoriasis.Results:The clinical recovery rate of Groupâ… Qing Re Li Shi Yin curing psoriasis vulgaris patients is 78.00%and the total curative effective rate is 96.00%.The clinical recovery rate of Groupâ…¡Qing Re Liang Xue Yin is 73.33% and the total curative effective rate is 92.50%. The clinical recovery rate of Groupâ…¢Fu Fang Qing Dai Wan curing psoriasis vulgaris patients is 50.00%and the total curative effective rate is 73.33%. Qing Re Liang Xue Yin's clinical effect has a minor advantage over that of Fu Fang Qing Dai Wan ,but there is no significant deviation between the two groups.The experiments is significant manifests that Qing Re Li Shi Yin taken orally can improve the guinea pig ear psoriasiform model'pathological changes.The experiment guinea pigs'principal organs including heart,liver,lung and kidney show no histopathological changes which manifest the safety of taking Qing Re Li Shi Yin orally is definite.Conclusion: Adopting clearing heat and removing damp law to cure psoriasis vulgaris patients has definite effects and the recurrence rate is resolutely low.Its mechanism of action may be relevant to its effect of anti-pathogenic microorganism,regulating immunity,regulating dysbolismus,inhibiting epidermal cell proliferation and so on.
