Objectives:Through the assessment of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ levels of T cell subset in the peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris, and relating the results with TCM differentiation, the thesis endeavors to lay a micro-level theoretical base to the TCM treatment and diagnoses of psoriasis vulgaris, so as to objectify TCM differentiation and provide objective proof for the combined treatment of western medicine and TCM, which would in turn provide reference for the possible TCM treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and enhance the efficiency of the treatment.Approach:From the original 58 cases, after two eliminated and two withdrawed according to the elimination and withdraw criteria, the left 54 cases are divided into three types at the first step:32 cases of wind heat,20 cases of blood deficiency and 2 cases of blood stasis. At the same time another 45 normal people are selected as a comparison group. All the test subjects'blood is taken on an empty stomach and CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+levels of T cell subset are tested and compared. At the second step, the 54 cases are divided into three types by the phases of psoriasis vulgaris:34 cases of active stage,15 cases of resting stage,5 cases of catagen stage. At the same time the 45 normal people are selected as a comparison group again. All the test subjects'blood is taken on an empty stomach and CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+levels of T cell subset are tested and compared. Results:Psoriasis vulgaris patients are divided into group wind heat and group blood deficiency according to their TMC differentiation. Following are the comparisons between group wind heat, group blood difficiency and normal group:in terms of CD8+ level, group wind heat is higher than group blood difficiency and the comparison group; in terms of CD4+/CD8+, group wind heat is lower than group blood difficiency and the comparison group. According to the phases of psoriasis vulgaris. the patients can be divided into two groups:patients in active stage and those in resting stage. And the comparison is as follows:in the terms of CD8+, group active stage is higher than camparison group. Conclusion:Psoriasis vulgaris is connected with the abnormal level of T cell subset. The patients with wind heat psoriasis vulgaris has a higher CD8+level and lower CD4+/CD8+ level, indicating patients with wind heat are in immunosuppressdion, which could provide reference for immunomodulator drug using in clinical treatment... |
