The Observation About The Treatment Effect On Preventing And Treating Post-operational Complications Of Mixed Hemorrhoid By Electrolysis Chengshan And Dachangshu Acupoint

Objective: To observe the Treatment effect of electro-acupuncture for such as chengshan,dachangshu etc.acupoint to prevent the Mixed hemorrhoid post-operative complications that is anal pain and anal fate edema.Methods: Inclusion criteria will be consistent with the 60 cases of mixed hemorrhoid patients randomized, the treatment group 30 cases, 30 cases of the control group. The treatment group patients will be given electro-acupuncture for such as chengshan,dachangshu etc.acupoint since the first day of operation; the control group patients will be given oral Gentiana-tablets since the first day of operation. Observate,record and statistics the integral about the complexion of anal pain and anal edema of two cases of patients who given operations five days, and follow-up observe and record the wound healing time. Statistics the treatment of the overall efficacy of the two groups,assess the treatment outcome. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment is 90%,the control group is 80%, using statistical methods to deal with, the overall effects of the two groups have significant difference (P <0. 05); symptoms effects between the two groups in reducing Anal fate edema, pain, and wound healing time there is significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: Electroacupuncture for such as chengshan,dachangshu acupoint can significantly reduce the mixed hemorrhoid postoperative anal pain, anal control fate edema, and promote postoperative wound healing. To the mixed hemorrhoid that caused by downward flow for damp-heat,this treatment has good control effect to post-operative anal pain and anal edema,the curative effect better than the Gentiana oral tablet.
