Objective: The purpose of this study with functional dyspepsia (functional dyspepsia FD) patients with depression, anxiety and related factors between TCM syndromes patterns. Methods: The use of epidemiological methods for the collection of functional dyspepsia patients with basic information and related clinical information, and depression, self-rating anxiety scale test data would be derived from statistical .analysis of epidemiological data to identify and TCM syndromes and its relationship with the laws of depression, anxiety related to each other. Results: 1. To Scale score of patients with the norm, suggesting that FD with depression and anxiety were significantly correlated. 2. Application of linear regression, symptom score, respectively, with the SDS scale, SAS scale score compared with the two sets of two variables are highly positively correlated. 4. By the X~2 test and Logistic regression analysis, whether depression status and distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of the difference between the statistical significance, and the evidence does not liver-stomach disagreement with FD with the pathogenesis of depression; TCM Syndrome typing with the FD with anxiety in patients with no difference between the statistical significance. Conclusion: 1.FD with depression, anxiety significantly correlated. 2. Female character within the working pressure of life and love the FD Zhi poor risk patients with depression; women susceptible to anxiety in patients with FD. 3. With the increase of symptom score, depression, self-rating anxiety scale score increase of suffering from depression, anxiety level of the more serious. 4. TCM Syndrome typing liver-stomach disagreement no evidence for the susceptibility to depression in patients with FD. However, syndromes of anxiety and patients with FD do not have obvious differences.
