Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Of Stagnation Of Liver-Qi With Deficiency Of The Spleen Complication With Damp-Heat Syndrom With Qingganjiangzhitang

Objective:To investigate the QingrGanJiangZhiTang treatment of AFL clinical efficacy.Methods:48 Patients With alcoholic liver Patienis were randomly divided into two groups of 24 patient.QingrGanJiangZhiTang by the treatment group.For the control group use in the treatment of Hugan tablet. Treatment for 8 weeks.To investigate mostly clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Results:The clinical cure in eleven cases,four case effective and ineffective two cases,and the total efficiency of 91.67%.Control group clinically cured eight cases,six cases of effective and ineffective six cases, and the total efficieney of 75%,the total efficiency of the two groups,the difference was significant(P＜0.01).Group 2 was not found during treatment obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:qingganjiangzhitang treatment of alcoholic fatty liver had better efficacy,and superior Hugan tablet,can significantly improve the condition.
