Objective:The degeneration joint disease of knee in knee is also called Osteoarthritis,Degenerative Osteoarthritis DOA,Osteoarthritis,is a common damage to knee cartilage mainly lesions involving subchondral bone, synovial membrane and the tissues around the joints characterized by a chronic knee joint disease,is also a serious impact on the quality of life of the common labor and social disease.The aim of the research is to observe the therapeutic effect of clinical symptom and Physical sign of rheumatoid arthritis in knee joints by Salvia miltiorrhiza infetion and Tanshinoneâ…¡A inf(?)ction,then to discuss it's mechanism and foreground.Methods:60 cases of rheumatoid gonarthritis were divided into two groups randomly.The curing group which has 30 patients of Salvia miltiorrhiza infetion each five days,each 6ml and Tanshinoneâ…¡A hyaluronate injection one times each day,20ml each time.The controlling group which has 30 patients of Tanshinoneâ…¡A hyaluronate injection only, one times each day,20ml each time.The symptoms and physical signs were observed before and after treatment.Result:The symptoms and physical signs were improved after treatment.On the aspect of the totally effective rate,the curing group excelled the controlling group obviously(P<0.05).There is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Besides,the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving symptoms and relieving pains,tumefaction and hindrance of arthrosis function.The curative effect is distinct in the early and metaphase of pathological ehanges while poorly in lately.Conclusion:It is proved that Salvia miltiorrhiza infetion and oral Tanshinoneâ…¡A hyaluronate injection is an effective main therapeutic method in treating clinical symptom and physical sign of Degenerative joint disease of knee.
