The Clinical Study On Knee Joint Clear Operation Combined With Injction Treatment With Xikang Injection Into Articular Cavity For Severe Degenerative Joint Disease Of Knee

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of knee joint clear operation combined with injection treatment with Xikang injec tion into articular cavity for severe degenerative joint disease of knee.Methods: According to strict diagnostic criteria, we selected 64 patients as testing objects, which is divided into two groups:The patients of the treatment group are administrated with knee joint clear operation combined with injection treatment with Xikang injection into articular cavity;the patients of the control group are administrated with injection treatment with Xikang injection into articular cavity. We Evaluated the pains, tumefaction, joint function, ability of daily living, the maximum distance on foot according to clinical therapeutic effect evaluation criterion , and further, analyzed the data with statistical methods.ResuIts:Between the two groups in general , there are significant difference (P < 0.05 , the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is superior to that of the control group), the treatment group is obviously superior to the control group On therapeutic effect of symptom as pains, tumefaction, joint function, ability of daily living, the maximum distance on foot respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Knee joint clear operation combined with injection treatment with Xikang injection into articular cavity for severe degenerative joint disease of knee has good therapeutic effect. Xikang injection is a kind of compound fluid acupuncture praeparatum which is made of the traditional Chinese medicine and is a safe,efficient treatment without side effect for severe degenerative joint disease of knee.
