The Clinical Research On Curative Effect Of Treating Herpes Simples Virus Corneal Endotheliitis With Wuyi Compound Preparation

Purpose:To approach the clinical effectiveness of Wuyi compound preparation therapy of herpes simples virus corneal endotheliitis.Methods:Collected the 60 patients(60 eyes) diagnosed as herpes simples virus corneal endothelitiis desease come from the First Subsidiary Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.The age of the patients between 21 and 73.The patients are divided into treatment group and contrasted group at random.The contrasted group have 30 patients(30 eyes) who are treated by antiviral drugs and hormonal drug.And the treatment group have 30 patients(30 eyes) take Wuyi compound preparation.To compare the course of disease and curative effect after 2 months' treatment.Results:(1) The course of disease aspect:The 18 healing well patients within 2 months of the treatment group take 32～56 days,and the average is 42.94±8.55 days.The 11 healing well patients within 2 months of the contrasted group take 36～60 days,and the average is 49.82±9.04 days.To contrast the difference of the two has statistical significance(p＜0.05).So the treatment group is superior to the contrasted group.(2) The curative effect aspect:The 9 eyes Var.mitis patients of the the treatment group are cured 9 eyes;The 13 medium-sized eyes are cured 8 eyes,excellence 3 eyes,utility 2 eyes;The 8 gravis type eyes are cured 1 eye,excellence 2 eyes,utility 3 eyes, ineffective 2 eyes.The 10 eyes Var.mitis patients of the the contrasted group are cured 8 eyes,excellence 2 eyes;The 13 medium-sized eyes are cured 3 eyes,excellence 3 eyes,utility 4 eyes,ineffective 3 eyes;The 7 gravis type eyes,utility 2 eyes,ineffective 5 eyes.To contrast the effective rate of the two has statistical significance(p＜0.05).So the treatment group is superior to the contrasted group.Conclusion:Wuyi compound preparation with antiviral drugs and hormonal drug is an effective method to cure Herpes simples virus corneal endothelitiis.So it is effective to shorten the length of the treatment and enhanced the effective rate.Simultaneously,it supports the theory of pathogeny that this disease is correlated to virus infection and immunoreaction further.
