The Clinical Study On Dysfunctional Gastrointestine Recovery After Postoperation Using Navel Plaster Compressing

Objective:To approach influence of apply navel pharmacon theca to the rebuilding of the function of stomach intestine after operation by observing clinical symptom,physical sign,and time change of deflation and defecation of them.Methods:60 cases patients after abdominal operation are randomly divided into 2 groups,each of them is 30 cases.The control group received the normal treatment after the operation,The treatment group received the Xiao Cheng Qi Tang plaster Compressing besides conventional processing after operation,and change once each 12 hours.Register clinical symptom, physical sign,common condition numerical score,the time of the first time deflation and defecation,and recovery condition of bowel sound.Results:Clinical symptom,physical sign,and common condition numerical score of therapy groups are less than comparison groups,and have significant difference(p＜0.01).Therapy groups patients have less time of the first time deflation and defecation,and have significant difference compare with comparison groups(p＜0.01).Recovery time of bowel sound after operation of therapy groups is less than comparison groups'(p＜0.01).Conclusion:The apply navel pharmacon theca can accelerate the stomach intestine function rebuilding,and allay the clinical symptom such as bellyache and abdominal distention etc.,physical sign,etc.complication of patients.
