The Clinical Study Of Compound Danshenyin On Treating Essential Hypertension With Dyslipidemia And I Nsulin Resistance (Combination Of Blood Stasis And Phlegm)

Objective:Observe the clinical effect and investigate the mechanism of Essential Hypertension(EH) with dyslipidemiad and insulin sensitivity(combination of blood stasis and phlegm),treated by the Compound DanShenYin.Methods:50 patients of EH with dyslipidemiad and insulin sensitivity(combination of blood stasis and phlegm) were randomly divided into treatment group(n=25) and control group(n=25).Two groups are both accepted conventional treatment.The treatment group added Compound DanShenYin.Observe the changement of BP,the rates of heart,FPG,FINS and lipidemia of the patients before and after treatment.Both trials continued for 4 weeks.Results:Compared with control group,the BP,the rates of heart,FPG,FINS,lipidemia and ISI of the patients:of EH with dyslipidemiad and insulin sensitivity(combination of blood stasis and phlegm) have enhanced,when treated by Compound DanShenYin.Conclusion:Compound DanShenYin can improve the ISI of EH with dyslipidemiad and insulin sensitivity(combination of blood stasis and phlegm) and decrease IR.
