Research On The Effect Of Head And Neck Acupuncture On MCAO Rats' Ischemic Penumbra AQP4 And Neuron Ultra Structures Of Hippocampus

Objective:To observe the effect of head-neck acupuncture on MCAO rats' ischemic penumbra AQP4 and neuron ultra structures of hippocampusMethods:The animal's model of local cerebral ischemic was maded by blocking the middle cerebral artery with monofilament in rats.The middle cerebral artery embolism rats were WiStar and stochastic divided into 4groups:Sham group(groupA),model group(groupB),head acupuncture group(groupC)and head-nape acupuneture group(groupD).The neural function was evaluated with Bederson'5score.The expression of MCAO rats' ischemic penumbra AQP4 was observed by immunochemistry method.The changes of hippocampi neuron ultra structure were observed by electron microscope.Results:1,Compared with groupB,the difference among groupC and groupD was significant at 3d and at 5d in the assessment of nervous function(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).2,Compared groupC and groupD with groupB,the expression of MCAO rats' ischemic penumbra AQP4 area decrease,there were significant at 3d and at 5d(P＜0.05,p＜0.01).There was also significant difference between group C and groupD at 3d and at 5d(p＜0.05,p＜0.01).3,Compared with groupB,the hippocampi neuron ultra structure was mended in groupC and in groupD.It was more dominant in groupD than that in groupC.Conclusions:The study proved that the mechanism of head-nape acupuncture about the cure acute brain infarct was multiple.It had relations with improving the nervous function,reducing the nerve cell damage,mending the neuron ultra structure,decreasing the expression of AQP4...
