Objective:Through observing the clinic effect of nape acupuncture and body acupuncture therapies on mark of neurologieal functional difieit, and The effect of blood circulation, hemorheology in patients who were diagnosed with the different syndrome types of cerebral infarction at the acute stage, Further to explore the key value of nape acupuncture on cerebral infarction and part of the treatment mechanism from the point of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types.Method:This is a randomized trial in single center. A total of 80 cases were enrolled into this trial who were diagnosed with the cerebral infarction by CT or MRI, and then the results of the syndrome differentiation of TCM for these 80 cases are as the follo wings:the type of Fu Organs due to Phlegmhea, the type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis, the type of wind Phlegm blocking the meridians, the type of Yin-deficiency and wind generating. Then they were randomly and averagely divided into nape acupuncture group and the control. The nape acupuncture group were acupunctured with the points such as Fengchi(GB20) and Wangu(GB12) combined with routine acupoints like Jianyu(L115), Quchi(L11l), Waiguan(SJS), Hegu(LI4), Futu(ST32), Zusanli(ST36), Jiexi(ST41), Taichong(LR3), the control group just with the routine acupoints. Every patient received the treatment of acupuncture once a day, and course of treatmen was 15 times for 40 minutes. The patients were evaluated with Chinese stroke scale and examination of Transcranial Doppler and hemorheology before and after the course of treatment.Result:There's obviously improvement of The CSS scores after the treatment by over 75%, especially the type of Fu Organs due to Phlegmhea, and type of wind Phlegm blocking the meridians which has statistical significance(P<0.05). There's significant improvement in the nape acupuncture group with muscle strength of upper and lower limbs and the ability of walking (P<0.05). There is no obvious distinction in other scores between the rest groups. There're 76 cases underwent the TCD and hemorheology test before and after the therapy, and we can see, Acupuncture can improve the supply of cerebral blood flow, reduce vascular resistance and reduce blood viscosity, improve the ability of rehabilitation patients, resistance, compared with the pure body acupuncture, the nape acupuncture can improve the average cerebral blood flow velocity in the type of Fu Organs due to Phlegmhea, the type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis, the type of wind Phlegm blocking the meridians(P<0.05), and nape acupuncture has an advantage in debasing the vascular resistance in the the type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis, the type of wind Phlegm blocking the meridians. Besides, acupuncture can better lowing down the blood viscosity in the type of the wind Phleem blocking the meridians and the type of Fu Organs due to Phlegmhea (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy and improvement in the score of CSS of nape acupuncture is positive, but has different effects in different types of syndrome. The treatment of nape acupuncture in the type of Fu Organs due to Phlegmhea, the type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis, the type of Yin-deficiency and wind generating can improve the Hemodynamics, The treatment of nape acupuncture in the type of Fu Organs due to Phlegmhea and the type of wind Phlegm blocking the meridians can reduce the Hemorheology. This may be the mechanism of different influence of nape acupuncture in different types of patients owith cerebral infarction...
