Objective:To investigate the co-head of acupuncture on neurogenic bladder dysfunction(neurogenic bladder dysfunction) of the therapeutic effect and to assess its clinical efficacy.Methods:60 cases of neurogenic bladder dysfunction in patients with this study,using random number table will be 60 patients were randomly divided into the first joint body acupuncture group and the traditional acupuncture group,30 cases of each group,In the conventional drug therapy at the same time,once daily acupuncture, needles and 50 minutes left and put Play contortus subjected to such means,a two-week course of treatment.To improve the level of pre-and post-treatment as an index for inter-group and treatment group comparison of pre-treatment and post-observation,to determine the co-head acupuncture treatment of neurogenic bladder dysfunction,the clinical efficacy.Results:The head of the Joint acupuncture group improved indicators were significantly superior to the traditional acupuncture group,acupuncture group co-head markedly effective rate of urinary abnormalities 80.0%,traditional acupuncture group markedly effective rate of abnormal micturition 53.3%difference between the two groups statistically(0.01<P<0.05).Acupuncture group co-head of bladder voiding after treatment than the traditional acupuncture group after treatment were significantly different(P<0.01),than the first joint body acupuncture group before treatment were significantly different(P<0.01).Note head joint effect of acupuncture treatment of this disease better than the traditional acupuncture treatment.Conclusion:The joint head of acupuncture to improve neurogenic bladder dysfunction,a certain degree of clinical efficacy, improved quality of life of patients and is conducive to the overall function of patients.
