Characteristic Symptoms Of TCM And Related Factors With Hyperactivity Symptoms Of Migraine

Objective: To investigate the characteristic symptoms of TCM and related factors with the clinical most common of migraine TCM symptoms that is Hyperactivity symptoms of migraine.Methods: We selected 100 migraine patients who sought for medical care in the affiliated hospital of Shandong Uniwersity of TCM from November 12 to December 12. We differentiated the TCM symptoms,concluded the most type of TCM symptom and four other types as a control group.All the data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Results: 1.The incidence of Hyperactivity migraine is 34%;2. Age and sex between the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05);3.Chi-square test results: "poor emotion" , "sleep disorders" , "Spring" , "menstruation" in general information and "bilateral alternating pain" , "pulsatile" and other 11 symptoms in TCM symptoms were significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05).4.Logistic regression analysis results: "poor emotion" , "sleep disorders" , "Spring" , "menstruation" in general information and "bilateral alternating pain" , "pulsatile" and other 3 symptoms in TCM symptoms were significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Hyperactivity symptoms of migraine is the most common type of migraine. Poor emotion ,sleep disorders and the female menstrual period easily induced by this type of migraine and it is easily found in spring. This type of migraine is characteristed by bilateral alternating pain ,pulsatile and other 3 symptoms and mamillata, carex thin yellow and vein string a few in tongue and pulse symptoms.
