Objective: Through observating and detecting dutch H22 hepatocellular carcinoma mice taking Shanxian Granule large and small doses and after cyclophosphamide of solid tumor inhibitory rate in mice thymus index, spleen index and bFGF,FGFR1 The effects of different discussion Shanxian Granule part of anti-tumor cells the mechanism.Methods:50 Kunming mice will be used completely randomized divided into 5 groups,each group have 10 mice ,they are blank control group (A group),model control group(B group),Shanxian Granule of high-dose treatment group(C group),Shanxian Granule of low-dose treatment group (D group),cyclophospha- mide the control group (E group).Mouse H22 ascites hepatomace tumor fluid is extracted and add saline to adjust the concentration of cell per milliliter of suspension of not less than 2×107 tumor cells,then 0.2ml/single to inoculate right armpit of 40 mice ,made of solid tumor animal model.A, B, C, D, E group gavage for 14 days, After gavaged the mice will be killed the next day. Determination the content of tumor cells in mice in each group intra-cellular bFGF and FGFR1 changes and mice in each group of the thymus index and spleen index,the inhibition rate between group changes and carry out a detailed comparative analysis of inter-group.Results: Shanxian Granule of high-dose group tumor cells in mice intra- cellular bFGF,FGFR1 is significantly lower than other groups (P <0.01) except cyclophosphamide group,compare with cyclophosphamide group(P>0.01)Cyclophosphamide group inhibition rate is significantly higher than other groups (P <0.01)blank control group, the thymus index, spleen index higher than the other groups Shanxian Granule with high-dose group(P>0.01). Conclusion: Shanxian Granule can significantly improve the immune function of dutch H22 hepatocellular carcinoma mice.By improving the immune and inhibiting bFGF,FGFR1 growth factor to promote tumor angiogenesis to strengthen the monitoring role that tumor occurrence and development. Enhancing the quality life of tumor-bearing mouse.
