| ObjectiveIn this experiment,we choose three groups:including healthy objects as control,patients with simple metabolic syndrome and without cronary heart disease (MS) and patients with both metabolic syndrome and cronary heart disease (MS+CHD)to explore some risk factors related to coronary heart disease such as hyperlipemia,hypertension and obesity changing in different three groups,to explore two acute phase reactant serum amyloid-A(SAA) and supersensitivity reactive protein(hs- CRP )changing in different three groups and to explore correlation between SAA and hs- CRP and risk factors related to coronary heart disease such as hyperlipemia,hypertension and obesity.In this research,we also make further discussion about changing of risk factors of different stage of atherosclerosis such as initiating stage and progressive stage,changing of inflammatory makers,and the correlation of the two aspects in order to explore the mechanism of inflammation in atherosclerosis and provide new clinical evidence for prevention,diagnosis and treatment of atherosclerosis.Method1.Patients who admitted to metabolic diseasee and heart disease department of Tianjin general hospital with both metabolic syndrome and cronary heart disease and adminission were choosed;someone with with simple metabolic syndromeand without cronary heart disease in medical examination center were choosed;and some healthy one were choosed as control and we collect everyone's serum specimen.2.We record sex,age,family history of cardiopathy and history of smoking,taking medicine of aspirin and statins of all the objectives.And we record body height, weight,blood pressure,and blood glucose level of all the objectives.3.Peripheral blood total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein (HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL) are analyzed by automatic biochemistry analyzer. 4.The level of serum SAA is measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay5.The level of serum hs- CRP is measured by supersensitivity immunoturbidimetry6.All the data is analyzed by statistics software13.0,difference among groups is analyzed by ANOVA,comparing between two groups was analyzed by LSD2t,and correlation of data is taken by Pearman grade correlation analysisResult1.Level of body mass index(BMI),TC,TG,LDL,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure are higher in group CHD+MS and group MS than control group,and the difference is of statistical significance(P<0.01).The Level of HDL in group CHD+MS and group MS are lower than control group,and the difference is of statistical significance(P<0.01).Level of TC,TG,LDL,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure are higher in group CHD+MS than group MS,and the difference is of statistical significance(P<0.01).Level of HDL in group CHD+MS is lower than group MS.2.Level of SAA and hs-CRP are higher in group CHD+MS and group MS than control group,and the difference is of statistical significance(P<0.01).Level of SAA and hs-CRP are higher in group CHD+MS than group MS.and the difference is of statistical significance(P<0.01).3.Level of SAA and hs-CRP are positively correlated with age BMI,SBP,DBP,TC,TG,and LDL and negatively correlated with HDL.4.Level of SAA is positively correlated with inflammatory maker hs-CRP,r=0.918, (P<0.01).Conclusion1.With the development of AS,the level of SAA is elevated.2.Level of SAA in group MS is significantly higher than control group,and positively correlated with risk factors such as age,BMI,SBP,DBP,TC,TG,LDL,hs-CRP and negatively correlated with protective factor HDL,suggested that MS is a low grade chronic inflammtion and promoting initiation or progression of AS. 3.Level of SAA and hs-CRP in group CHD+MS are significantly higher than in group MS,suggested that with the progression of AS,extent of inflammtion is enhanced..SAA and hs-CRP is not only inflammatory maker of AS,but also possibly participate in AS4.Examination of SAA and hs-CRP is useful to predict the the progression of AS and risk stratification of coronary heart disease... |
