The research in recent years showed that Curcuma wenyujin had the anti-tumor, antibacterial, antiviral and other activity. The purpose of this paper is to find endophytic fungi that produce anti-tumor analogues of active ingredient in Curcuma wenyujin that was the traditional Chinese medicine.Producing anti-tumor active ingredient of Curcuma wenyujin through microbial fermentation methods provided a new method for the production of the active ingredients of natural products via microbial fermentation. In this paper, the endophytic fungi in Curcuma wenyujin were preliminary study. The main results are as follows:1.49 endophytic fungi(root,40;stem,4 and leaves,5) were separated from the root, stem and leaf of Curcuma wenyujin by PDA separation medium, wheather the surface of the organization was disinfected completely or not was proved through western blot test.2.The result of antibacterial action by cup method showed the fermentation liquid of 34,18,22,17,25,7,21,10 strains had bacteriostatic capability to Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus,Microzyme,Aspergillus niger,Rhizopus and Mucor. The result showed the fermentation liquid of the EZG0801,EZG0804,EZG0807 had better inhibition to instructed bacteria through comparing the broad-spectrum antibacterial.3.A relatively pure sample was obtained from the fermentation liquid of EZG0807 by organic solvent extraction, concentration and separation by column chromatography. The result showed the sample had bacteriostatic capability to Escherichia coli,Proteus vulgaris,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus, simultaneity, the sample had the capability to restrain the multiplication of lung cancer cell H460.The sample obtained should be analogues of the curcumol according to TLC,UV and FTIR.
